    福耀玻璃600660)公告，11月2日，证监会发审委审核了公司向GS Capital Partners Auto Glass Holdings高盛汽车玻璃公司)非公开发行股票的方案。根据审核结果，公司本次非公开发行股票未获得审核通过。

    2006年11月20日，公司曾公告称，董事会同意向外国战略投资者Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. 控制并管理的GS Capital PartnersV Fund, L.P.或其附属公司定向非公开发行股票，非公开发行股票数量为111,277,019股，发行价格为每股8元。公告称，募集资金的80%将用于偿还银行贷款，其余部分用于补充公司流动资金。
