建设银行:13.69亿港元香港筑新巢

    2007年11月10日，第三届北京国际金融博览会中国建设银行展台前。在香港拥有三家机构的建设银行决定以13.69亿港元购置新的营业办公地点。根据该行上周三与香港丽新发展有限公司在香港签署的协议，双方拟合作投资将香港丽嘉酒店重建为甲级商厦，其中部分将作为建设银行在香港的营业办公楼。香港丽嘉酒店位于香港中环地区，现为丽新发展有限公司的附属公司华力达有限公司全资所有。
