英特集团:控股股东拟扩大控制权

    12月7日，英特集团(000411)进入该新版控股股东浙江省华龙实业集团有限公司与浙江华辰投资发展有限公司全体股东签署《华辰投资股权转让意向书》，拟收购李平、浙江致恒贸易有限公司和杭州余杭国叶投资有限公司分别持有的39%、38%和23%的华辰投资股权。此次股权转让后，华龙集团将持有华辰投资100%的股权，并进而直接和间接持有公司股份将达到49.42%。
