中孚实业:54亿建特种铝项目

    事件：公司昨日公告称，公司拟54.5亿元建设30万吨高性能铝合金特种铝材项目。与此同时，公司还变更了前期定向募集资金用途，用于增资中孚电力、银湖铝业和收购林丰铝电。

    点评：30万吨高性能铝合金特种铝材项目投资总额为545093万元，投资金额巨大，建设期较长，存在一定的风险。不过，一旦该项目顺利建设实施，公司未来将合计拥有约45万吨的铝加工能力，公司将一跃成为国内铝加工行业的第一梯队。另外，增资中孚电力可以极大地提升公司的成本优势。我们维持“增持”评级。(西南证券)
