上海九百:沿上升通道震荡走高

    公司作为上海地区的商业龙头，经营管理的4.5万平方米的商业地产，如位于上海市中心的静安寺珠宝古玩城、位于航华地区的九百家居和位于大华社区的九百购物中心，区域竞争优势明显。公司参股38%的上海久百城市广场公司拥有位于静安寺商圈的都市型购物中心久百城市广场，投资12个亿，建筑面积9.32万平方米。另外公司持有东方证券2559.69万股，初始成本2911万元。如果东方证券上市，公司自然将得到更大的收益。

    二级市场上，该股前期一直沿着上升通道小幅度震荡走高，昨日该股放量拉升，上涨行情有望持续，值得投资者关注。(中融投资)
