天创置业:奥运地产 机构建仓明显

    公司2007年12月28日公告称，公司控股子公司北京国电房地产公司与中国有色金属建设公司就“国典大厦项目”签署5亿元房屋预售合同。公司持有北京国电房产90%股权。国际电力开发投资公司与北京市综合投资公司合并重组设立北京能源投资(集团)有限公司，京能集团通过直接和间接方式合并持有公司42.46%的股份，为公司实际控制人。

    公司主业已从旅游业、酒店经营等转变为房地产经营与开发，2008年奥运会为北京的房地产市场带来大商机。公司还持有中国光大银行338.8万股。

    二级市场上，该股历史股性十分活跃，经常出现连续涨停的走势特征。12月3日以来，该股成交开始出现放大，明显有机构主力开始建仓，近两日经过震荡洗盘后，上周五再次启动强势并封于涨停，短期已进入拉升阶段，短线可适当关注。(西南证券)
