    绩优成长蓝筹短线超跌

    公司是江苏省房地产地龙头企业，先后被评为十佳最具成长性上市公司和十佳最重分红回报上市公司，已连续12年获得南京市销售面积和销售额双第一，同时公司土地储备丰富。前期公司拟公开增发不超过股票，募集资金主要投向房地产开发上，此举有利于进一步做强做大公司主业。

    该股良好成长性使其得到了以基金为首主力机构的青睐，本轮行情中股价累计涨幅可观。前期该股在创出历史新高后步入阶段性调整，近期股价在年线处获得支撑，并展开恢复性上扬行情。短线该股出现放量下挫，技术上严重超跌，盘中反弹欲望强烈，由于公司基本面良好且前期累计涨幅不大，短线反弹值得期待。
