中华企业(600675):土地储备丰富 严重超跌

    近期人民币升值速度明显，与此同时，美国大幅降息或将刺激人民币升值速度进一步提速，在此背景下，近期地产股板块持续走强，特别是其中的龙头品种保利地产等表现相当抢眼。而公司土地储备相当丰富，在崇明岛拥有数量可观的土地，并在陆家嘴滨江区开发多个项目，未来增值潜力巨大。公司控股股东全额认购公司配股，显示大股东看好公司未来发展前景。

    由于前期该股股价出现单边下挫，目前股价投资价值比较突出，后市有望展开报复性反弹，可密切关注。
