东北证券:经纪业务基础好 增长可期

    公司通过借壳锦州六陆在深圳交易所上市，上市完成后，公司正式更名为东北证券，成为一家标准的规范类券商。公司已向旗下从事期货业务的渤海期货注资，资产注入完成后，东北证券持有渤海期货大部分权益。目前渤海期货已获得获得交易结算会员资格，股指期货业务将成为东北证券的另一个利润增长点。同时公司对东方基金管理公司和银华基金管理公司分别持有权益，并有增资计划。特别是公司拟定向增发不超过3亿股，发行价格不低于46.49元/股，而目前其股价仅29元不到，相比之下投资价值完全显现。加上管理层正在酝酿融资融券政策的推出，作为正宗绩优券商蓝筹股，后市必将成为机构积极配置对象，目前低位值得积极关注。
