上海新梅(600732):上海地产股 有望加速上行

    尽管周三沪深两市银行股全面发力，但中石油再创新低，太保大非减持迹象明显，且跌破发行价，加剧了市场悲观情绪，但人民币加速升值或将推动金融股和地产股进一步走强，并将带动大盘反弹。

    在实力雄厚的兴盛集团入主后，公司进行了大规模资产置换，先后收购了上海新梅房地产开发有限公司股权和上海新兰房地产开发有限公司股权，成为上海本地颇具实力的房地产开发企业。

    技术上看，周三该股出现缩量回调，但股价仍于60日均线上方，后市有望加速向上突破，可关注。
