股指高开高走 个股普涨

    今日两市股指大幅高开，沪综指开盘报4773.83点，深成指开盘报16078.84点，中小板指数开盘报  5184.89点，集合竞价共成交15.49亿元。沪指随即冲高4800点后有所震荡，在十日均线附近得到一定支撑。  今日个股处于明显的普涨格局，两市下跌个股只有100家左右。

    政策消息面上，较重要的有外围市场压力减轻，A股有望跟随反弹；蒋正华要求推进资本市场制度建设  ，防止股市大波动；深交所副总经理称创业板筹备在深层面基本就绪；沪市三措施强化股票异动监管；统计  显示逾三成A股上市公司被个人控制；美联储意外降低再贴现率，各大经济体或将选择宽松货币政策等。

    整体来讲，上周五周边股市的探低回升对市场心态影响积极，大盘蓝筹股在连续调整后初步走稳以及个  股普遍反弹成为股指快速回升的主要成因。盘面来看，今日市场反弹仍受制于上档短期均线，投资者参与仍需谨慎，以逢低吸纳为主。
