    如果说过去几年的资本市场还主要处于改革过去弊端的“革命”时期；2008年将迎来进一步的完善制度供给的“创新”之年。我国多层次资本市场体系建设主要体现在“层次”的逐步完善上，随着创业板各项准备工作顺利开展，尤其是推出时间的逐步明确，对相应的板块，如科技板块以及券商板块会产生正面影响；随着金融、地产跌幅较深，其中的龙头公司投资价值开始凸现，进一步下跌的空间有限，投资者可以适当关注。年报预告和公告的展开，可以重点关注年报的预增等信息，高送配和高分红等题材会成为第一季度的热点；临近春节，消费和春运等主题同样会引发热点出现。总体来说，虽然外部的影响，尤其是心理影响还没有完全散去，但经过急跌之后的市场走势有望出现反弹。
