申银万国:流动性紧张局面将缓和

    从二季度开始，流动性紧张的局面将有所缓和。原因之一：1季度是年内股票供应最集中的时候，接下来几个月市场会感觉压力小很多，按当前市值计算，二季度新增流通市值不到一季度的一半。过于紧张的流动性供求格局，无疑会得到暂时的缓解。原因之二：2-3月以来，海外资金流出已开始放缓，在利差倒挂和升值预期不变的条件下，人民币仍旧是非常具有吸引力的资产；而随着A股调整带来的估值吸引力的上升，相信海外热钱仍将会以各种形式流入A股市场。原因之三：管理层对市场的呵护心态十分明显。一季度新批基金29只基金，数量达到了07年来的高点，估计4月份开始将有将近7-9只股票类基金结束认购，逐渐开始进入建仓期。建议重点关注大盘股。一方面，在这轮流动性紧缺背景下，大盘股跌幅远远超过小盘股，估值已相当程度的降低；另一方面，对新发基金来说，大盘蓝筹股将是其建仓的首选。行业上建议重点关注银行和地产，其相对估值处于历史新低。
