天相投顾:中国联通 07年累计用户同比增加12.6%

    事件描述：

    中国联通进入该新版今日公布了07年12月份运营数据，新增用户136.2万户，环比下降2.5%，同比增加7.8%，总用户数达1.6亿户，其中新增GSM用户103.5万户，环比下降5.5%，同比增加14.7%，总用户达1.19亿户；新增CDMA用户32.7万户，环比增加8.3%，同比下降9.4%，总用户达4,109.7万户。

    评论：

    中国联通12月份用户数保持了今年以来的平稳增长，07年GSM和CDMA的累计用户均同比增长12.6%，基本符合我们的预期。从数据上看，12月份GSM用户净增103.5万元，依然保持了3位数的增长；CDMA用户新增32.7万户，环比增长8.3%，也保持了30万户以上的月增长。

    与中国移动用户增长情况进行对比看，中国联通的市场份额正在逐步萎缩。07年12月份，中国联通G网、C网新增用户市场份额分别为13.1%、4.1%，较年初分别下降了3.1个百分点、1.8个百分点。

    虽然在市场竞争中中国联通不存在着优势，但移动需求的增加以及移动对固话替代效应的持续，保证了联通用户的高增长态势，同时考虑到重组预期，联通两网将真正独立运营，这样必然会增加其在竞争中的优势，用户增长速度有望得到提高，而且两网ARPU值下降幅度有限也会进一步确保用户增长带来的收入，我们维持对中国联通07-09年EPS0.22元、0.28元、0.32元的盈利预测，以及“增持”的投资级。
