    客观分析了公司财务指标以及公司正在发生的变化，我们认为，作为行业龙头，持续成长仍值得期待。

    独到见解

    1、2007年公司实现收入108153万元，同比增长20.8%，与2006年的增幅基本一致，虽然第四季度毛利率有所好转，但总体下降趋势没有改变。

    2、公司2007年新增定单16.5亿，比上年同期增长48%，2008年超额完成13亿的经营目标的可能性非常大。

    3、公司计划募集资金72200万元用于投资建设6个项目，对于提升公司的综合竞争力有积极意义。

    4、管理层的换届对上市公司来说有两点积极意义：一方面，集团与上市公司的利益更趋向一致。另一方面，综合管理效率将提高。

    5、预计08年EPS为0.834元，09年EPS为1.185元。预期的08年市盈率为40~45倍，09年市盈率为35~40倍，合理股价在33.00~45.00元附近，鉴于公司的行业地位，我们维持“推荐”级别。
