国联证券:十月也许是最好买入时机

    基金已经在9月进行了调仓，进入10月，在继续发行大盘股的前提下，基金将进一步调仓，很多个股将会有明显的调整，投资者可以观察大盘股的发行速度，一旦发行暂缓，可以考虑积极买入这些品种，当然这是指前期业绩优良、题材明确的品种，以及之前机构评价较高的品种。

    我们依旧认为，在以后相当长的一段时间里，央企重组将会给投资者带来更大的收益，在国资委重点提及的七大行业中，军工类央企共有11家，是存在整体上市和资产注入机会最多的行业；电力类央企由于正在进入供大于求的行业周期内，预计也存在发生大规模资产重组的条件和可能；航运央企中的各大集团都有利用资本市场做大做强的意愿；石油石化行业的整合已比较清晰；电信行业重组伴随3G发牌势在必行；央企房地产业务重组已于2004年拉开了序幕；电力类央企的资产重组或整合多数都借助股改进行。在10月市场的结构调整中，这些品种的回调将会是最好的买入机会。国联证券
