广发证券:地产狂泻 两市分化明显

    两市出现较大分化，沪市略作调整后走高，而深市则出现逐浪下行走势，至10：00，上证指数收于5947.06，上涨43.79点，深成指收于18918.55，下跌212.58点。

    从板块走势看，券商、有色及上证50成份股涨幅居前，而我们近期一直建议回避的地产板块则出现在跌幅前列，由于深市地产股权重较大，而在沪市权重较大的中国石化和中国联通的大幅走强对股指有较大支撑作用，沪强深弱不足为奇。

    虽说股指出现较大震荡，但业绩增长明确的个股强势明显，中低价题材股成为市场冷淡的对象，投资者在三季报公布之际，仍宜将业绩增长明确的个股做为投资首选，目前仍可重点关注600104上海汽车和000825太钢不锈。
