中信证券4.25亿美元增资中信国际

   中信证券(600030)公司董事会会议审议通过对中信证券国际有限公司(公司持有其88.39%的股份)追加4.5亿美元投资的预案：公司以不超过0.25亿美元的价格收购中信资本控股有限公司(系公司第一大股东的关联公司)所持有的中信国际约11.61%的股份，使中信国际成为公司的全资子公司；并增资中信国际4.25亿美元。
