平安筹资有汇丰撑腰

    本报综合消息持有中国平安16.8%的股权的汇丰控股有限公司旗下汇丰银行执行董事王冬胜20日表示，将在3月5日的股东大会上投票支持中国平安保险(集团)股份有限公司的筹资计划。市场人士认为，获得汇丰支持使得中国平安增发通过的可能性增加。

    王冬胜表示，该行曾与中国平安管理层讨论，而该行会支持中国平安在下月召开的股东大会上表决巨额集资的议案。

    中国平安计划通过增发不超过12亿股的A股和价值人民币412亿元的可转换债券筹集资金，并将于3月5日的特别股东大会上进行表决，方案需分别得到出席股东会的H股及A股股东三分之二同意。在H股股东当中，战略投资者汇控持有12.33亿股，达到该类别的48%，所以汇控的投票意向将成关键。
