物业税冷风刮倒地产股 机构抛盘严重

    受有关物业税消息的影响，房地产板块继12日"大地震"后，15日再遭深幅下挫。A股市场跌幅榜后20位个股中有9只是房地产股，其中上实发展和天创置业都以跌停报收。几只地产龙头调整幅度都很大，万科A下跌4.93%，保利地产下跌5.5%，招商地产下跌5.42%，金地集团下跌7.12%，中粮地产下跌4.94%。

    物业税即将出台的消息影响了市场对房地产股票的信心。在房地产板块的这轮大跌中，机构抛盘严重。例如，苏宁环球昨日跌幅为8.39%,据深交所交易信息显示，卖出金额最大的前五位中，两个机构席位的合计卖出额为9543.72万元，占总成交额的25122万元的37.98%。上实发展的卖出成交额前五位中，有三个是机构席位，合计成交额为6693.64万元，占该股总成交金额的24%，买入方多为游资。
