得润电子投资精密连接器项目

    得润电子今日披露，公司拟在青岛投资精密连接器项目，该项目由公司与威堡企业有限公司、海丰(中国)投资有限公司共同组建合资公司实施。合资公司注册资本为1500万元人民币，其中公司出资975万元人民币，占注册资本的65%。合资公司主要从事高端精密连接器制造，符合公司的发展战略，有利于公司拓展高端精密连接器业务，培育新的利润增长点，有效提升公司的经营业绩，进一步做大、做强连接器产业。
