华北制药:参股金融的沪深300样本股

    公司(600812)是我国大型的抗生素类医药产品生产基地，其控股股东华药集团是中国最大的化学制药医药企业之一，前身华北制药(行情,资讯)厂是中国“一五”计划期间的重点建设项目。国家药监局2007年2月审核批准了10家药品生产企业为国家第一批城市社区、农村基本用药定点生产企业，公司与子公司华北制药集团制剂有限公司是首次获批的其中2家，为公司的快速发展奠定良好的基础。此外，根据公司报表披露，公司还持有河北证券10.73%的股权，并投巨资持有华北制药集团财务有限责任公司49.89%的股权，参股金融概念突出。

    二级市场上，该股是上证180板块、沪深300指数样本股之一，目前仅6元多的低价，近期正在构筑双底形态。当前权重股相继走强，主力资金备战股指期货的迹像依然明显，作为沪深300指数样本股的华北制药有望成为市场资金哄抢的品种。
