期指收市前半小时内集体熔断 中金所细释理解误区

    因昨日沪深300指数大涨2.83%，股指期货仿真交易四个合约从14点55分起全部触及6%的熔断价格，并持续至15点15分收盘。    

    根据股指期货交易细则(征求意见稿)以及仿真交易规则，“收市前三十分钟内，不启动熔断机制。熔断机制已经启动的，继续执行至熔断期结束”。有些市场人士据此理解为“最后半小时内，股指期货不再有熔断机制”。对此，中金所有关人士昨日予以解释。    

    中金所表示，按照仿真交易规则，“不启动熔断机制”是指，收盘前半小时不再进行融断机制检查，仍持续在此之前的报价限制。根据股指期货仿真交易规则第六十四条规定，每日开盘后，股指期货合约申报价触及6%熔断价格且持续一分钟，该合约启动熔断机制。启动熔断机制后的连续十分钟内，该合约买卖申报在熔断价格区间内继续撮合成交。十分钟后，熔断机制终止，10%涨跌停板价格生效。熔断机制启动后不足十分钟，市场暂停交易的，熔断机制终止，重启交易后，涨跌停板价格生效。收市前三十分钟内，不启动熔断机制。熔断机制已经启动的，继续执行至熔断期结束。每日只启动一次熔断机制。
