国有企业以A加H形式IPO可

    据外电引述消息人士称，中国政府可能禁止国有企业同时在香港和中国大陆进行首次公开募股(IPO)，计划在海外上市的国有企业必须首先在中国大陆发行股票，之后经过一段时间方可进行H股发行交易，但时间间隔不应超过3个月。

    报道称，此举旨在提高中国大陆上市公司的质量。
