空客管理层内部交易丑闻遭

    民用飞机制造巨头欧洲空中客车公司涉嫌“内部交易”的丑闻3日被曝光，使该公司本月向新加坡航空公司交付首架A380客机的计划蒙上一层阴影。

    据法新社报道，法国金融市场监管机构AMF的一份初步调查报告显示，约20名空客公司母公司——欧洲航空防务和航天公司(EADS)管理层官员涉嫌“内部交易”，在A380客机延期交货通报之前抛售自己手中的股票，从中获利。

    法国金融监管部门从去年11月起对EADS涉嫌非法“内部交易”行为展开调查。调查结果已在数天前送达负责此案的法官格扎维埃·西梅奥尼手中。

    另据法国《费加罗报》3日报道，报告中提到，EADS法方前总裁诺埃尔·福雅尔、空客现任首席执行官托马斯·恩德斯以及公司其他一些管理层成员均涉嫌参与“内部交易”。

    面对媒体报道，EADS两大股东之一、出版业巨头法国拉加代尔集团否认公司涉嫌参与“内部交易”，称指责“毫无根据”。

    EADS其他小股东宣称，将要求公司身陷“内部交易”丑闻的管理层成员辞职。

    空客公司去年6月宣布，A380客机交货时间可能被延后6个月至7个月，EADS的股票市值第二天就缩水55亿欧元，缩水幅度超过四分之一，使公司蒙受巨大损失。

    空中客车公司定于10月15日向新加坡航空公司交付第一架出售给航空公司的A380客机。
