首张券商控股金融期货牌照出炉

    日前，海通证券控股的海富期货经纪有限公司获得中国证监会颁发的金融期货经纪业务许可证。这是监管部门颁发的首张由券商控股的期货公司“牌照”，目前金融期货牌照增至七张。海富期货注册资本金拟增资至1亿元人民币，将申请中国金融期货交易所交易结算会员。目前，海通证券持有该公司66.67%的股份。
