期货专家看淡股指期货影响

    昨天，在2007首届中国股指期货高峰论坛上，中国期货协会副会长、著名期货专家常清表示，股指期货推出对股票的大势、走势没有影响，股指期货上市不一定会引起股市大跌。

    常清指出，这主要是从国际情况和经验来看的。根据统计，股指期货推出后，股市上涨和下跌的市场都存在。上涨的包括美国、日本、香港特别行政区、英国、德国、法国等，而下跌的则有韩国和中国台湾地区。总的来说，股指期货推出对股票的大势、走势没有影响。该涨的涨，该跌的跌。美国当时正好赶上黄金十年，一定是涨。韩国和中国台湾地区正好碰上了亚洲金融危机，所以往下跌。对于中国，常清个人认为没有影响。这有两种可能，一个可能是调整完了，在调整结束的时候推出股指期货一定是往上涨的，假如说到了8000点了，往回跌也正常。做股指期货和做任何商品期货一样，没有不同。
