国泰君安证券获得IB业务资格

    国泰君安证券今日获得为期货公司提供中间介绍(IB)业务资格。之前仅有河证券获得证监会颁发的首张股指期货IB资格。

    IB(introducingbroker介绍经纪商)指的是证券公司将投资者介绍给期货公司，并为投资者开展期货交易提供一定的服务，期货公司因此向证券公司支付佣金的制度。

    国泰君安期货是国泰君安证券的全资子公司，国泰君安期货曾在去年首获金融期货全面结算业务资格，并喜获中金所一号会员，在股指期货筹备方面走在了业内的前列。

    据了解，国泰君安证券在全国拥有113家营业部，分布于全国28个省、自治区、直辖市、特别行政区，这将为国泰君安期拓展期货业务提供强有力的支持。
