恒生指数上涨107点 建议投资者买进香港地产股

    昨日，我国香港恒生指数低开109.94点，盘中最高见24841.23点，收市报24591.69点，上涨107.85点，涨幅为0.44%，成交823.89亿港元，较前一交易日同比萎缩一成七；国企指数低开78.23点，盘中最高见14224.91点，收市报14039.98点，上涨103.08点，涨幅为0.74%。

    昨日是港股2月期指结算日，多头在经过前日的轧空行情后获利兑现，令2月期指持续贴水交易，从而引领港股现货市场早段急挫，恒生指数最多下跌278.83点；不过，受到美联储主席伯南克暗示将再度降息的言论提振，加上港府前日公布的财政预算案仍刺激本地地产股等走好，从而推动港股大盘止跌回升。

    美联储主席暗示将再度下调利率，加上港府昨日公布的财政预算案将刺激内需，从而推动本地地产股走强。瑞银认为，这项占GDP总额2.6%的刺激方案将产生良好的影响，并将直接刺激内需和住宅的购买，因此建议投资者买进香港地产股。
