什么是大户报告制度

    大户报告制度是指投资者的持仓量达到中金所规定的持仓报告标准的(包括投资者在不同会员有持仓，且合计达到报告标准的)，投资者应通过受托会员向中金所报告。中金所可根据市场风险状况，制定并调整持仓报告标准。

    大户报告制度是与限仓制度紧密相关的又一个防范大户操纵市场价格、控制市场风险的制度。通过实施大户报告制度，可以使中金所对持仓量较大的投资者进行重点监控，了解其持仓动向、意图，对于有效防范市场风险有积极作用。

    在《中国金融期货交易所风险控制管理办法》(征求意见稿)中要求达到中金所报告标准的投资者，应提供下列材料：

    (1)《投资者大户报告表》，内容包括会员名称、会员号、投资者名称和交易编码、合约代码、持仓量、交易保证金、可动用资金；

    (2)资金来源说明；

    (3)法人投资者的实际控制人资料；

    (4)开户材料及当日结算单据；

    (5)中金所要求提供的其他材料。
