股指期货市场中保证金存管银行有何权利和义务

    在《中国金融期货交易所结算细则》中，对保证金存管银行的权利和义务做了相关说明。

    保证金存管银行的权利有：

    1、开设中金所专用结算账户、中金所专用结算担保金账户和会员专用结算账户。

    2、吸收中金所和会员的存款。

    3、了解会员在中金所的资信情况。

    保证金存管银行的义务有：

    1、根据中金所提供的票据或指令优先划转会员的资金。

    2、向中金所及时通报会员在资金结算方面的不良行为和风险。

    3、保守中金所和会员的商业秘密。

    4、在中金所出现重大风险时，必须协助中金所化解风险。

    5、向中金所提供会员专用结算账户的资金情况。

    6、根据中金所的要求，协助中金所核查会员资金的来源和去向。

    7、根据中国证监会或中金所的要求，对会员专用结算账户中的资金实行必要的监管措施。
