中国石油有望年内A股上市

    上海证券交易所副总经理刘啸东7日在夏季达沃斯年会上接受新华社记者采访时说，上证所正在积极筹备中国石油天然气股份有限公司的回归上市，预计这个中国最大的海外上市企业有望在年内于A股市场上市发行。

    中国石油有限公司8月召开的临时股东大会，批准了公司申请配发及发行不超过40亿股A股的建议。此前中国石油发布的公告表示，公司的A股发行需获得中国证监会、上证所和其他有关审批机构的批准后才可以进行。
