聚焦三中全会 透析改革热点

    针对新一轮的改革如何启动，中国官方高层智囊机构——国务院发展研究中心（下称国研中心）近日提出了“三位一体改革思路、八个重点改革领域、三个关联性改革组合”的改革基本思路和行动方案。国研中心将此方案简称为“383方案”，并提交将于下月举行的中共十八届三中全会。
