       最近，记者在北京市的超市发现一些中学生在选购功能性饮料。经记者询问得知有些孩子马上要参加体育考试，听说喝了功能性饮料就可以迅速增强体力。究竟什么是功能性饮料？真有这样大的作用吗﹖有关专家表示不是所有人群都适宜喝功能性饮料，由于某些功能性饮料含有咖啡因，会刺激中枢神经，所以中学生最好不喝或少喝。
