吸油烟机半夜自燃 消除起火隐患六警示

    近日，市消委会接到消费者康小姐投诉，称其家中某品牌吸油烟机，在未使用的情况下，半夜突然起火自燃，连带损毁了同品牌的炉灶，熏黑了厨房墙壁和屋顶，造成一定经济损失。

    消委会调查后发现，双方主要分歧在于：康小姐家的吸油烟机使用已将近四年，且购买发票已丢失，燃烧的现场也被清理过，厂家除了愿意成本价出售一套炉灶和吸油烟机给消费者外不愿承担其他赔偿责任。经市消委会调解，最终促成双方达成一致意见。

    吸油烟机等家用电器起火，关系到消费者家庭人身、财产安全，非同小可，因此市消委会给消费者发出警示：

    一、消费者要严格按产品说明书操作使用，不可随意拆卸清洗吸油烟机。二、不可用易燃液体清洗吸油烟机。三、在使用吸油烟机时，灶具不得干烧。四、吸油烟机使用的插座，最好是带开关的固定插座，每次使用后应切断电源。五、发生吸油烟机等家电自燃、起火等情况，要在第一时间报警，并尽可能保留现场，及时通知厂家到场处理。六、家用电器的购买发票、产品说明书、保修卡等相关资料，只要产品在使用就应该一直保留。
