    1、到知名品牌的专卖店或专柜

    仅凭眼睛看一看不试穿就买内衣是危险的。知名品牌的专卖店或专柜中的导购小姐一般都经过专业的培训，能够给你一些挑选的建议。

    2、正确测量现在的尺寸

    随着年龄、体重等的变化，身体的曲线也会随之改变。每次购买内衣的时候，最好请导购小姐给自己正确测量一下。

    3、不要害羞谈论自己体型的烦恼

    在挑选内衣时，可以大方坦率地告诉导购小姐自己想要的，如：想使小的胸部看起来大一些、想收紧下垂的胸部、想使小腹部平整些等等的愿望，这样挑选出理想内衣的比率就一下子提高了。

    4、了解自己经常穿着的衣服类型

    内衣不但需要配合体型和心情，而且也要配合在不同场合搭配的外衣。如果能结合外衣的设计、面料和穿着季节场合等，就更能体现穿衣者的品位和修养。如穿无袖上衣时，就要选择穿吊带缩向内侧的内衣。

    5、不断试穿直到满意为止

    嫌麻烦懒得反复多遍试穿的话，就不能遇到适合自己的内衣。比如同类型的束身内裤，在松紧方面或是提臀方面就有着千差万别。
