消协提醒:数码产品退换难 购买要当场验货

    3月1日下午，北京市工商局12315、市消协96315根据2月份的消费投诉建议消费者，由于数码类商品的退换期限目前法律没有统一规定，购买时要当场验货。

    据了解，数码类商品的退换期限目前法律没有统一规定，一旦将商品买回家，责任方难以认定，因此购买时应当场验货，将型号、规格落实在票据上，以防商家“掉包”。

    此外，遇到商家推荐的商品与自己想购买的型号不符时，应先对商家介绍的商品性能、价格亲自查询再决定是否购买，否则退换货很难。
