气温连日居高不下 空调消费纠纷呈直线上升之势

    气温连日居高不下，关于空调的纠纷也日渐增多。昨日，工商12315中心发布紧急提示：自6月30日至7月3日短短四天内，该中心共受理有关空调的消费纠纷47起。

    据了解，空调投诉主要包括售后服务不到位、到货实物与发票开具型号不符、宣传与实际商品不符、安装空调时造成消费者家里财产损坏等。一位消费者投诉称，他在万达广场一家电器店购买空调后，与商家约定6月29日上门安装，但是一直到7月1日仍不见工人来安装。又如一名消费者今年5月27日购买的一款空调，外壳上标注是今年的新产品，但不久前送去维修时，却被维修人员告知该空调的外壳虽然是今年产的，内机却是去年生产的。还有消费者投诉称，工作人员在安装空调时，破坏了家里的墙面。

    据12315工作人员介绍，每年暑期空调都会成为消费投诉热点，这段时间天气炎热，投诉也特别集中。估计随着天气变热，空调使用更加频繁、销量进一步增加后投诉量还将继续增加。工商人员表示，商家为促销做各类宣传是正常的，但宣传应符合事实，同时要做好售后服务和保障工作，确保消费者权益。由于售后服务集中，消费者也应尽量提前试用和购买空调，避免“扎堆”消费。
