央行正在加紧研究非银金融机构DVP(券款对付)结算

    中国人民银行行长助理马德伦在日前召开的"企业直接融资：产品创新与制度建设"研讨会上透露，央行正在加紧研究非银行金融机构的DVP(券款对付)结算工作。

    马德伦在谈到银行间债券市场发展的问题时表示，债券市场在基础设施建设上已经取得了一定的成绩，但还需加强基础设施建设，提高市场效率。首当其冲的是要推动非银行金融机构券款对付的实现，进一步了解非银行金融机构DVP结算的具体知识，确定DVP结算运行的框架，风险防范和制度架构安排，尽快实现非银行金融机构的DVP结算。
