黄河上游水电开发公司下周一发7亿短期融资券

    黄河上游水电开发公司将于下周一(4月23日)发行7亿元短期融资券，期限一年(365天)。本期债券的起息日和缴款日为4月24日，并于4月25日上市流通。该期债券利率招标，主承销商为工商银行。经中诚信国际信用评级公司综合评定，信用等级为A-1级，长期信用等级为A级。
