含选择权债券公告执行过户等操作有新规定

    对于含选择权债券公告、执行、过户等流程的业务操作，中央国债登记结算有限责任公司近日发布了细则进行规范。投资人回售选择权债券、发行人提前赎回选择权债券、投资人可调换选择权债券、合并选择权债券、定向转让选择权债券、延期兑付选择权债券等均被包含在规范范围之内。该细则将于6月1日起实行，《债券调换与合并业务操作流程》同时废止。
