国家开发银行将发行一只5年期固定利率金融债券

    下周一，国家开发银行将在银行间债市发行一只5年期的固定利率金融债，规模200亿元。

    在招标结束后，如果中标利率低于3.80%(含3.80%)，发行人将以数量招标的方式向A类承销团成员追加发行总量不超过100亿元的当期债券。
