巴士股份拟发行分离交易可转债

    巴士股份今日发布公告称，董事会授权公司经营层根据国家有关政策拟订发行“分离交易可转债”具体方案，近期再次提交董事会审议表决，并将按规定在两个月内召开临时股东大会审议，如股东大会通过，将向中国证监会、国家发改委等政府有关部门报请核准。

    巴士股份表示，由于公司经营发展需要一定的资金，但目前公司银行贷款余额已达33.79亿元，资产负债率为52.42%，因负债需支付的财务费用达1.30亿元。资产负债率偏高将制约公司的进一步发展，公司应积极拓宽融资渠道，降低负债率、减少财务费用的支出，以提高公司效益。董事会认为，公司已符合发行“分离交易可转债”的条件，同意公司以发行“分离交易可转债”作为此次融资方案。
