中国铝业公司公告将发2007年第一期短期融资券

    中国铝业公司昨日发布公告，该公司即将发行的“中国铝业公司2007年第一期短期融资券”已获中国人民银行银发[2007]206号文件批准备案。中国工商银行股份有限公司担任本次发行的主承销商，北京银行股份有限公司担任本次发行的联席主承销商。本次共发行面值50亿元人民币的短期融资券，期限为365天。本期短融券发行日期为7月3日，经中诚信国际信用评级有限责任公司综合评定，公司的信用级别评级结果为AAA级，本期融资券的信用级别为A-1级。
