债券市场利空不断袭来 致国债企债指数双双走低

    上周交易所国债指数和企债指数受到消息面的影响而双双走低，企债指数甚至创下新低。债市在宽幅震荡之后收窄，成交继续缩量，观望气氛较浓。由此债市进入了一个谨慎观望的盘整阶段。

    近期债券市场利空不断袭来，如发行大量定向央票，上调存款准备金率，特别国债直接发向市场，CPI再创新高等等，债市的资金面、政策面和供给量均承受着较大的压力，预计市场资金面短期内很难恢复到前期的充裕状态。

    值得注意的是，今年此前不论是CPI的高企还是紧缩措施的实施都没有能对债市产生真正的压力，但是近来8月数据公布以及新的紧缩措施却给市场带来的压力明显增加了。市场很可能正在经历一个将众多不利因素累积加强的过程，这个过程最终可能导致量变引发质变，现在应当密切关注中期国债发行市场的变化，及早识别收益率持续上行的风险。
