上港集团拟发10亿元短融券

    记者19日从上海国际港务(集团)股份有限公司获悉，该公司将于9月24日发行10亿元短期融资券。

    本期短融券期限90天，采用利率招标方式簿记建档发行，上海新世纪资信评估投资服务有限公司给予发行人短期融资券信用级别为A-1，企业主体长期信用评级为AAA。短融券起息日和缴款日为2007年9月26日，到期日为2007年12月25日。
