首单公司债周五上市交易

    上证所消息，中国长江电力股份有限公司发行的2007年第一期公司债券将于2007年10月12日起在该所竞价系统和固定收益证券综合电子平台上市交易。此举标志着上证所公司债交易市场正式启动，也标志着该所固定收益证券综合电子平台结束了试运行阶段，进入正式运行。

    “07长电债”发行总额40亿元，票面利率 5.35%。上市后的证券简称为“07长电债”，证券代码为“122000”。上市后该公司债券可进行质押式回购，质押券申报和转回代码为“104000”。
