广东韶能10月12日至10月18日将发6亿公司债

    广东韶能集团股份有限公司昨日发布公告，该公司将在10月12日至10月18日的5个工作日内发行规模为人民币6亿元的公司债券。本期公司债为10年期固定利率债券，票面年利率为5.68%，该利率根据发行前五个工作日一年期Shibor平均值加基本利差1.60%确定。本期公司债的主承销商为国联证券，由中国建设银行股份有限公司授权中国建设银行广东省分行提供全额无条件不可撤销连带责任担保。经大公国际资信评估有限公司综合评定，发行人的长期主体信用为A+级，本期债券的信用级别为AAA级。
