财政部将于19日发行一只5年期记账式国债

    本月19日，财政部将发行一只5年期记账式国债。

    本期债券为固定利率附息债，计划发行面值总额280亿元，全部进行竞争性招标。本期国债不进行甲类成员追加投标。
