金地集团等三公司披露公司债事宜

    金地集团今天公告披露，公司发行12亿元公司债券的申请，已于昨日正式通过中国证监会发审委2007年第152次工作会议审核，公司本次发行申请获得有条件通过。海油工程也公告称，公司发行不超过12亿元(含12亿元)公司债券的申请，于昨日获得中国证监会发审委审核通过。

    昨日，新湖中宝董事会会议审议通过了发行不超过14亿元公司债的议案。新湖中宝14亿元公司债募集资金用途有两个：3亿元偿还公司银行贷款，剩余募资则补充公司流动资金。
